We would like to introduce a case study of the adoption of the "Poka Yoke Shutter," a Poka Yoke product handled by oneA Corporation, in a mixed production line for various small lots. Due to differences in product performance and shipping countries, the labels applied vary, leading to the occurrence of mislabeling with incorrect labels being applied. To address this, we established a system where the shutter opens to allow only the correct label to be taken for the products flowing down the line.
